Airstream Corporation made 126 special edition units in 2014 called “The Sterling”. This unit is the last off the line at #126. The Sterling model was made with brushed aluminum cabinetry inside which gives the suite a very sleek, modern look. Combined with the white Ultra-Leather upholstery and the red carpet, it is a stunning showplace that has served as “The Red Carpet Suite” for many celebrities, musicians, movie and TV stars, cocktail parties and charity events. Everything has been color coordinated for a very designer look. Custom bedding with specially made pillows and cushions, red dishes and pots/pans, red glasses, placemats and napkins. There is also a business center in this suite complete with a Bluetooth printer, scanner/copier, office supplies and an internet “Hot-Spot. This suite was created with the ultimate flexibility. If the client would like an alternate color theme, the red carpet is quickly removable. The floor can be left with the “Eddie Bauer” gray vinyl floor that was installed at the factory or a different color carpet can be installed and the accessory items can also be changed to an alternate color.

Our company delivers the mobile suite to the location of your choice and sets it up, ready for your event. Careful coordination is made with the Client’s event planner/producer to insure the mobile suite is in place at the proper timing within the set-up schedule of the entire event. Sometimes the mobile suite is the 1st thing delivered and the last to be removed. Sometimes the mobile suite is delivered after certain items have been installed deeper into the venue. The mobile suite can be delivered 1 to 2 days prior to the actual event date at no additional charge. In that event, the suite will be locked and not available for use until the day of the event. At the conclusion of the event, our company will remove the mobile suite and all accessory or optional equipment. This too, will be done in coordination with the removal of the other equipment at the event. The Client will be required to warrant that no-one will be allowed to move the mobile suite other than our company personnel. Delivery, set-up and return will be charged to the Client at a rate of $3.50 per mile calculated from the mobile suite base location to the client’s event location and return.
Any equipment, accessories, decorations, additional tables and chairs are available for rent through 3rd party vendors. Arrangement for these items can be made by our company for an additional fee. The cost of rental of extra equipment is to be paid by the Client and is not included in the suite daily rate unless the Client requests an all-inclusive rate with a list of equipment needed.

The Client can choose to have the Suite empty of food and drink or they can option that the mobile suite be fully stocked and specify any special items or brands they wish to have. Light food, sandwiches, snacks, cheese plates, refreshments, coffee, cocktails and wine will be prepared and served as requested by the Client. Specialty diets or requests can be accommodated.

At the Client’s request, our company will provide a highly skilled concierge or multiple concierge to be onsite for the duration of the event. These concierge are extremely familiar with the operation of the mobile suite and its contents. They will supplement the security needs of the guests and secure the suite as needed. They will prepare light food, sandwiches, snacks, cheese plates, refreshments, coffee, cocktails and wine as requested. Specialty diets or requests can be accommodated. The concierge will take delivery of, and care for any catered food that was ordered for the guest(s). They will serve as the liaison between the guest and the event producer/personnel as needed. The suite concierge are not “star struck” and do not intrude on the guest for conversation or photos. The concierge can also be stationed at the door to limit or prevent entry by any visitors other than the guest approved list. All concierge are dressed appropriately to the guest and the event with clothing that identifies them as a VIP Mobile Suite Concierge Person. Concierge personnel are charged to the client at $45 per hour.

Professional photography and/or videography services can be arranged by our company. All such services for photography or videography will be at the Client’s expense.

Our VIP Mobile Suites and Greenrooms are designed for use as an onsite suite for intended uses as listed above. Our suites are not available as campers and can only be moved by our company. Some entertainers, clients or guests will nap in the bedroom or on the sofa before a show or an appearance. However, we do not offer the suites for overnight stays. Our company has created some of the most beautiful Airstream specimens in the world. It is our intent that all clients and their guests will treat the mobile suites with the utmost care and respect to protect their beauty and usability. We guarantee an allergy free environment. Therefore, we have a strict policy of no pets of any kind and no smoking inside the mobile suite.

Each suite leases for $700 per day with everything included except the items listed above as OPTIONS. Multi-day, weekly and monthly leases are available at discounted rates. Please inquire. The options are priced for the client upon inquiry and are based on the client requests and quantities. Delivery, set-up and removal charges, as described above, apply in addition to the daily rental fee. A written lease contract will be presented for the client’s review, approval and signature. The mobile suite specifics, options and fees due will be clearly identified and agreed upon by the parties in the lease contract. All fees must be paid in advance of the event except those paid to 3rd party vendors where prior arrangements have been made between the client and the 3rd party vendor.
